One way to describe the amount of information received, is the number of spam sent every day.
According to Cisco, spam accounts for 250 billion messages each day which is approximately 90 percent of worldwide e-mail.
When we communicate; which are really the messages, we would like our target groups to internalise? How do we find them? In which ways do we communicate them? Are we consistent in the organisation, conveying them?
